• Pets are not allowed. 
• Parties are not allowed.
• All guests must submit their passport copies per Dubai Tourism Rules and Regulations. Guests must do this before their stay at the residence. 
• Refusal to submit a passport or any means of identification will be subject to denial of the guest/s check-in.
• Don’t give the key or access card to anyone who is not a Checked In guest. A non-negotiable penalty of AED500 for each lost access card or AED250 key to cover the replacement cost.
